The hotel had great amenities including a gym and sauna which were perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The dining experience was superb with delicious food and attentive service. the hotel's location was ideal, being centrally located and close to various attractions and amenities.
The room curtains didn't fully block out the light, which could be bothersome for some guests who prefer complete darkness. The duvet could have been larger and more comfortable for a more luxurious sleep experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything - central station, the shopping area, and even the opera. Convenient location near train station and Ubahn lines. Upscale street with high-end shops. Helpful staff provided studio apartment for my daughter and baby. Good value breakfast with quality food choices. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.
